CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

Currently we are looking for our globally well-known Client in Kraków energetic candidates for the position of: Customer Consultant with Slovak and Czech language  (native or C2 level) and business English at the same level.

In this role you will be responsible for the ordering process both offline and online, ensuring timely inputting or orders and releasing orders, for a same day dispatch.  You will take responsibility for ensuring any customer complaints are handled to the customer satisfaction, with minimum escalation.

You will work closely with a number of key functions including quotes, technical, marketing and finance, giving you the opportunity to develop your commercial acumen, and a full understanding of our organisation.

  • Customer focused – knows how to deliver a best in class customer service
  • Computer Savvy – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and understanding of the Web

You will need to be fluent in one of the following languages: Slovak and Czech language  (native or C2 level) and business English at the same level.
