Customer Service Representative with Czech

Work place: Krakow, Poland

Do you have experience in delivering professional and prompt service to the customers? You have great organization and self-motivation skills? Moreover, a pro-client attitude is your strong point? Most of duties are based on cooperation with another employees and team work. The duties on this position will involve: taking care of receiving emails in a correspondence system with Clients (there are mostly questions about complaint process), shared service of telephone lines used to handling queries, controlling issue and any adjustment to the documents about lack of possibility to repair (irreparable Statement) in the internal complaint handling system, taking care of accepted and suspended complaints: proposals of exchanges. Also among your tasks will be: communication with customers and coordination of the activities of technicians in the absence of repair. You will be liable to: supervise the implementation of custom and agreed exchanges also service of Out-Of-Warranty complaints, the findings of the feasibility of repair and valuation also monitoring internal order of invoices. Your primary responsibilities will also include: translations: description of faults reported to complain, non-standard descriptions of the realization of the complaints. Occasionally you will: service procedures, system descriptions (announcements), verify of authorization to warranty by checking correctness of sent documents of purchase by a Client. You will contact with the courier company: communication regarding to lost parcels, communication regarding to parcels damaged in a transport, special arrangements regarding to receipt of devices, you will handle general communication with PPL regarding to internal issues. Moreover, you will handle internal consultation with technical issues and other issues that need clarification such as the validity of the complaint, the type of problem, the ability to repair.
