Inside Sales Agent with Czech

Currently we are looking for our globally well-known Client in Kraków energetic candidates for the position of: Inside Sales Agent Outbound with Czech language.

In this role you will spend most of your time making outbound proactive sales calls to both existing and new customers. New customer leads will be given to you by marketing e.g. abandon check out (customers that have left their shopping basket with orders not confirmed) or welcome campaigns to new customers or new contacts within existing customer’s accounts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing function and technical and quotes team, in order to drive specific product sales in the assigned base.

To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication, social intelligence, researching skills as well as fluency in Czech language (Native or C2) and fluent English.

Other skills we are looking are:

  • great telephone skills
  • collaboration – can deal with people at all levels within the organization internally and externally
  • experience in a telemarketing or internal sales environment
  • customer focused attitude
  • good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and understanding of the Web
