Junior Recruiter with Danish

Do you speak fluently Danish and at the same time your English skills are really good? Do you consider yourself as a person with high interpesonal skills, searching mind-set and globally thinking attitude? If yes, you could be the candidate we are currently looking for on behalf of our well-known international Client in Cracow.

The purpose of this job is to search for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as different social media channels, networking and searching job boards. You will be in charge of reviewing applications against provided job’s criteria, interviewing candidates, managing administration activities, building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties involved in the recruitment process. You will be also responsible for scheduling and re-scheduling of interviews and  posting vacancies on job boards. 

To be a successful candidate you need to have excellent communication skills and good phone manner. You should also possesses strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Ofice, ideally combined with some business experience.
