Lead Sourcing Specialist - Czech market

On behalf of our well-known international Client in Kraków we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Lead Sourcing Specialist

Main accountability of the position is to develop an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and create the most effective sourcing strategy for each role. Your daily work activities will include interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements and developing innovative sourcing options. You will be responsible for managing clients’ expectations via direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters as well as preparing timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities.

We are looking for skilled and motivated candidates, passionate towards recruitment, with excellent communication skills and good phone manner. The perfect candidate should already have significant experience, ideally on the Czech market within IT recruitment. To be successful on this position you should be fluent in English. Additionally, your fluency in Czech would be a great asset.
