Senior Recruiter with Czech

Do you communicate fluently in Czech and English? Are you experienced in managing recruitment processes and hungry for new challenges? If yes, you could be the candidate we are currently looking for on behalf of our well-known international Client in Cracow.

The purpose of this job is to work as an independent recruiter and manage recruitment processes. In this position you will deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively and managing multiple campaigns. Moreover you will interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements, develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and research tools. On your daily basis you will be responsible for interviewing candidates, building talent pools and screening candidates CVs against provided criteria. You’ll be also participating in undertaking market mapping projects.

To be a successful candidate you need to have min. 1 year of experience in recruitment, strong customer focus and the understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
