Reporting Assistant with Scandinavian language

For our Nordic Client - Nordic Services Sp. z o.o. to its financial services in Gdańsk, we are looking for self-driven,
enthusiastic and organized Norwegian/Danish/Swedish speaking candidates to join the team working with accounting data on corporate computer systems.

As a Reporting Assistant you will be:

  • Posting incoming invoices
  • Various reconciliation tasks
  • Following up payments from customers
  • Tasks related to salary payments for Norwegian employees
  • Creating reports

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor degree in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
  • Very good spoken and written English and Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Availability for limited travels to Norway
