Sales Executive

Currently for our German Client – provider of wide range of solar control window films for a variety of architectural, automotive and safety applications, we are searching for a professional Sales Executive to take the Company to the next level.

Place of work: Gdańsk


  • Understanding of the market: research leads, identify and qualify potential clients
  • Developing and prioritizing market opportunities by identifying and analyzing market segments, market size, industry trends, market needs, competition, product usage and profit potential
  • Bringing new ideas to develop, enhance and grow the market
  • Generating and securing new business; develop and facilitate sales opportunities and growth through sales calls, conferences, presentations and proposals
  • Responding and providing information and advice on client's inquiries
  • Preparing and presenting contract proposals
  • Providing tailor services according to the clients’ needs
  • Accomplishment of tasks in a timely manner and reporting results to the owner of the company


  • High level of business and personal integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Understanding of the market needs
  • Ability to motivate the team and drive revenues at a rapid pace
  • Self-starter and goal oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement business-winning strategies
