SAP Support Team Leader

For our international Client to its BPO center in Łódź that is offering advanced services worldwide in the field of Finance and Accounting, Purchasing, IT and Consultancy, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

SAP Support Team Leader 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Managing and coordinating team of SAP Specialists in day to day operations
  • Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
  • Managing customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of processes
  • Managing day to day relationship and regular interactions with the customer
  • Coordinating internal and external communication with all parties involved in the process
  • Managing and motivating the team
  • Promoting proactive approach and culture of continuous improvement
  • Driving improvements in the processes and transformation initiatives

We expect you to have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive for results
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement them
  • Stress resistance
  • Fluent English (verbal & written)
