Service Desk Agents with Finnish

Are you excellent in handling communication regarding technical issues in Finnish? Do you have experience in delivering professional and prompt service to the customers? If yes, you can be the one our globally well-known Client in Warsaw is looking for!

Your tasks will be service ticket creation, assignment, categorization, escalation, tracking, closure and feedback as per defined SLA. You will receive calls during the assigned period and adhere to break schedules and use the appropriate Aux as applicable. Among your duties will be also: routing, chasing of tickets, proactive Remedy Queue Management, identification of the trend of calls as well as call backing the user and confirming resolution.

Additionally, you are welcome to contact with us if you are self-driven, have strong technical troubleshooting and understanding of issues related to Windows OS, have knowledge of Windows Imaging and Client configuration. You are familiar with processes and incident management. Also preferred is experience on Apples systems /MAC OS support, technical and functional knowledge of Windows 7, SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Lync, Office 2010 and 365, Sharepoint, remote desktop tooling, basic understanding of SAP,  Networks (VPN, HTTP, IP, Routing, WiFi, Juniper, Cisco, Avaya). Woodwing, Adobe systems and experience in Editorial and Redactional branches would be an asset.
