Transition Lead with English

Are you experienced in leading transition projects and you have strong process knowledge? If this description resembles you get familiar with new job vacancy as our well- known Client in Łódź is hiring for the position of Transition Lead with English.

Among your key responsibilities will be: leading a team of Transition Managers, leading transition projects under F&A/procurement programs. Reviewing project proposals to determine goals, time frame and procedures for accomplishing the project are also crucial activities in this type of job. Additionally, you will ensure staffing and manage transition team, oversee project training design, monitor progress against plan. At the same time attention to relationship management with customer will be vital aspect of your actions.

Regarding requirements you should have minimum two years of experience in BPO or SSC, customer orientation together with very good interpersonal and communication skills in English. Also analytical skills, open-minded attitude and drive to meet deadlines are crucial abilities. Your openness to travel at short notice is also important in accomplishing tasks.
